Client Inactive Date
Days after bill generation when an unpaid customer is automatically set to Inactive. Connection is suspended until payment is made.

Customers with inactiveDate on or before today will be marked Inactive automatically on app load. Institute customers are excluded — they are never auto-disabled. Payment entry or manual status change restores the connection.
Auto-Restore on Payment
When a bill payment is entered for an Inactive customer, their status is automatically restored to Active.
Block On/Off Control
Turn ISP clients of a block Active/Inactive in one click. With Only clients who are Due checked, Turn Off suspends only unpaid clients — safe for month-end. (Individual clients auto-disable 30 days after join; subscriber/monthly at the bill date.)
